J.D. Young, Jr.
Attorney J. David Young, Jr. (“J.D.”) graduated from Manheim Central High School, Gettysburg College, and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. J.D. joined Young & Young after graduation and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
J.D. serves as a member on the Advisory Board of Fulton Bank, a consistory member of Saint Paul’s United Church of Christ in Manheim, a member and previous president of the Manheim Lions Club, and board member of the Mount Gretna School of Art. He formerly served as a Trustee and President of Manheim’s Danner Home, a member of the Trustee Council of the Manheim Central Foundation for Educational Enrichment (McFEE), and a member and previous president of the Manheim Tennis Club.
In addition to estate planning and estate settlement, J.D. manages an active real estate practice which includes preparation and review of agreements of sale, conducting mortgage and real estate settlements, and facilitating like-kind exchanges. He is a licensed title insurance agent and offers title insurance through Conestoga Title Insurance Company.
